 Tom Chapple
Chairman of TMP
Tom Chapple, Chairman of TMP, is an expert on both traditional and new media. He was an executive with Gannett Co., Inc. from 1976 until 2006. At Gannett, Tom was known as a visionary and strategic thinker and an executive who could be relied upon to successfully execute tactical plans. During his tenure with Gannett, Tom took a key role in strategic planning, financings, organizational effectiveness, and transactions of many kinds including acquisitions and sales of numerous companies, partnerships and joint ventures covering many types of highly successful businesses and startup ventures of many sizes and types, including USA TODAY, which revolutionized the U.S. newspaper industry. His 30 years in the media industry, including television, new ventures and Internet and digital media, make him ideally suited to lead TMP through its projected rapid growth.

Andrea Holland
Media Director and Host
With seven years of broadcast media experience in television and radio, Andrea brings a combined passion for healthy lifestyles and media to the TMP team. Andrea has hosted top-rated morning radio programs for Clear Channel Radio and feature reported for WHAM-TV in Rochester, New York. Andrea is a 2001 graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo.

Chris Lavelle
Technical Director and Producer
Chris graduated from Drury University with a degree in history but his real passion has always been for video production. With nearly six years experience, Chris is a veteran in video production for television broadcast and online streaming, as well as print production for magazines and billboards.
