Class sizes are small with hands-on experience throughout. Our chefs and instructors will guide you through these fun and informational sessions for a perfect night out or an afternoon spent with friends.

Caribbean Cuisine

The Caribbean is home to a fascinating variety of local foods influenced by cultures from around the globe.  This class is your chance to get creative with island spices, fruits, vegetables and more.  In this class, you will learn to prepare:

  • Chilled Avocado Soup
  • Spicy Beef Pastel (baked beef pastry)
  • Chicken and Potato Roti
  • Coconut Rice and Beans
  • Mango Chutney

Exotic Moroccan

Morocco is known around the world for its exotic tastes.  This Exotic Moroccan class will give you the chance to taste something different and learn to prepare in your own kitchen:

  • Moroccan Briouats, Beef and Pistachio Turnovers
  • Orange and Olive Salad
  • Spicy Chicken and Chickpea Stew

The four flavors of Thai cooking: sweet, creamy, sour and salty, come together wonderfully in this class. Experience cooking with unique ingredients like coconut milk, lemongrass, Asian vegetables, curry spices and more. The main foods you will learn to prepare are:

          • Coconut and ginger soup with Asian vegetables
          • Vegetarian pad thai

Going Greek

Greek and Mediterranean foods and cooking methods have become a hot trend right now for some good reasons:  the health benefits and the fresh flavors. The Going Greek cooking class will show you how to serve these things and more at your table.   

The main foods you will learn to prepare are:
